About
The majority of our work and commitment is to Romania, where we have several ongoing projects and a commitment to helping many sick and needy people.
We accept donations into our warehouse, both medical supplies and equipment for our aid abroad, and goods to sell in our two charity shops raising the funds necessary. Contact us for details.
Additionally, we give funds and supplies to other groups and work with many other charities in the same field.
We have a small van that does most of our local collections of goods for the shop and medical supplies and equipment for abroad, although we prefer it when people can deliver. See our appeals page for what we need
We are able to provide illustrated talks about all our projects, so please contact us if you want to arrange this
Funding
We have two charity shops, one in Bingley and one in Shipley, run by committed volunteers who help us not only by selling goods, but also by receiving donations. Our volunteers also willingly chat with anyone who needs it.
These charity shops provide us with almost 3/4 of our income. The rest of our funds comes as donations from Churches, individuals and businesses.
